That Post When I Went To Boracay in May 2012

Four score and seven years ago my family and I went on a trip to Boracay for 4 days and 4 nights. It was our first time visiting and we had a very pleasant experience. I still remember the laughter, the food, the heat, the fatigue from the travel. We rode a speedboat, banana boat, jet ski. Parasailed and zip lined. I got my hair braided on one side (wish I could do it myself), my cousins got henna tattoos. Simply put, we had a blast. Oh and I almost forgot, I celebrated my birthday there! Which means my birthday is just around the corner! HEHE Let's get on with the photos!

At 2012, I was on my 3rd year in nursing school. I brought my laptop with me because I had a paper due for Philosophy (or was it Rizal?) Thank you, Alta Vista resort for the reliable wifi!

Me being the silly me. Ready to be sun-kissed.

 Work it, self.

 "Ma, pikturan mo ko dito."

The place we stayed at had a "private beach" for guests. We were probably the only people there.

I still remember the delicious shrimp dish we had made for us. Oh, so good!

Here I am carrying our sinaing

We came back to Puka beach the next day

 swish and flick?

fullfiling my dream to pole dance

The silliness runs in the family. That's my uncle.

Beautiful sunrise that we left behind

  1. You seem you really had fun! I've been to Boracay too but I wouldn't want to go back maybe because once is enough for me and cos maybe it's too crowded na.

    1. I did! I miss my family!
I know what you mean. No rush in going back since there are still a whole lot of other beaches in our country that I haven't seen. Hehe

  4. Aww. Boracay! That's nice that the resort had its own private beach. It's so much better to have the beach to yourself haha. #selfish. Looks like you had a great time! Boracay's always a good idea.

    1. There were a few other resorts that offers the same beach but it's still faaar less crowded from White Beach. I just don't know if it's still the same. Haha
