Most Loved this Apreel

I only have 5 favorites to talk about and it's all something you can watch on the internet hence the title. He he

Sense8 on Netflix. This. show. has. everything. It revolves around 8 strangers from different parts of the world, mentally and emotionally connected to one another. What I love about it is that it highlights the diversity of culture, religion, sexuality, politics and so much more. And if you have been sticking around here long enough, then you probably already guessed that there are action scenes in this series because you know that I am a sucker for that.

Mr. Right. A batshit crazy movie about a hitman in love starring some guy and Anna Kendrick! I looove Anna Ken. She has a book coming out called Scrappy Little Nobody and if you love her like I do, you might want to take note of that. I recommend Mr. Right if you're looking for a fun and easy film to watch.

I watch Korean drama/film once in a while. They're fun, kilig and sometimes really heart wrenching which I kind of hate. Like when I get so emotionally attached to a character that it just leaves me crying. (See Windstruck and My Love From the Star) Me crying over a fictional character like how my mother cried while watching John Lloyd Cruz on his deathbed at Maging Sino Ka Man.

Anyway, Oh My Venus is a Korean romantic comedy series about an overweight lawyer who met three handsome strangers that eventually helped her to be healthy fit again. There's more to the plot, obviously. You just have to see it to know. Hehe

The Descendants of the Sun. It's relatively new and you may have already heard about this. It is basically about a doctor and a special forces captain in love. While the main characters were equally adorable, I also loved the supporting pair! Mich approves, the hype is real.

1MILLION Dance Studio. Thank you YouTube recommendations for this lovely channel you brought me. I loved dancing when I was young, I choreographed and performed in programs and parties here and there. I don't know if I'm any better now but 1M sparked something inside me. Here are two of my faves:

That's it! How about you? Anything new you'd like to share?

    1. Honestly, the plot itself was predictable. Haha I think it's the setting that made the people like it more.

  4. I saw the first episode of Sens8 and while it was good, it also freaked me out a bit with its weirdness. I need to watch another episode soon.

  5. Sense8 seems interesting, however Netflix is premium? Now that you mention Korean movies and series, I have a lot to say about it. I watched Windstruck for a numerous times and goodness can't stop crying when the main actor died. I also finished watching Descendants of the Sun. I like Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo pairing, they look good together. You should try watching Come Back Mister, Rain stars in that series. It's actually the rival of DOTS. It's pretty interesting because he came back from the dead along with his friend that he met on Purgatory haha.

    1. I'm using the standard plan on Netflix. :) I know what you mean! I still cry every time I watch Windstruck. Thank you for the suggestion! I'll definitely check that one out! ♡

  8. Sense8 seems like a wonderful show. I've seen people recommending it, but I didn't know that the plot is this smart. I might look into it :) Tho I have long lost the attention span to sit/lie still and marathon a series all throughout like I did with anime and some kdramas when I was younger. Haha! :') Anyway, thanks for the BoA dance vid too. I almost forgot how an excellent dancer she is.

    1. Wait. I realized just now that it's not BoA dancing in the vid! (Didn't read the description.) Lia Kim and BoA look alike! :O
