Most Loved this Winter

I started trying Lush products last year and the very first Lush product I tried was Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser but I didn't really see any significant change that would make me love it so much. I also read this post on Style Lullaby by Sharon that cleansers aren't exactly the products you would want to splurge on since you'll just wipe it off of your face. So, I went for Lush's American Cream which is a hair conditioner that has a really nice scent that stays on your hair for hours!

Another Lush product that I love is Ro's Argan Body Conditioner. I ordered this online without having an idea how it smells, but I'm pretty satisfied that I don't hate the smell of rose in this shower lotion. You basically use it like a hair conditioner -but on your body, like it says on the tub. VERY moisturizing, and again, the scent lingers on the skin all day.

My showers have been so lonely ever since I ran out of this. :(

One clothing item that I have been loving is this H&M peacoat, I like to think that it makes me look well put together especially when paired with...

these Forever 21 booties that I purchased on December 2014! Yes, it was a long time ago. I don't wear it out that much that's why it still looks kind of brand new.

Lastly, an RB4 Band-In-A-Box Bundle that I got for a good deal on Black Friday. If you remember me asking which one I should get first, a puppy or an RB4, now you know what I went for. I'm sure as heck that I will get a puppy (or a cat), but they will have to wait for now until I get my shit together.

  1. I've been looking for a new hair conditioner so I'll have to check Lush out! So far I've only been buying their bath bombs.
Love the pea coat from H&M - it does match really well with the booties!

  2. I've been hearing so many good things about Ro's Body Conditioner! I have a Nivea in-shower lotion, and I feel like it's a lot better than using a lotion. It doesn't feel sticky compared to it. :D

    1. True! I think I prefer in-shower lotions now rather than the regular ones.

  3. I quite like the facial moisturisers from Lush and the Magnaminty face mask is great! Not to mention how lovely the soaps smell! I did try one of the solid deodorant bars and wow, it made me underarms hurt SO MUCH. I was scared to try natural deodorants for a long time after that so I guess their products are a little hit and miss.

Oh also, the You Snap the Whip body butter is amazing. It smells so good! Although if you're not careful it'll make your bathroom walls a grey purple colour.

    1. Thanks for the recommendation and the heads up! I'm just using up my current stock of skincare before trying out new ones. For natural deodorants, Ingrid Nilsen of Youtube talks about it on her Favorites video quite a lot! It's a good start. :)

  11. Oh man I love Ro's <3 It's so good and so moisturizing! Have you tried the Buffy bar from Lush? It's similar to Ro's in that it's moisturizing, but it's also exfoliating! As an added bonus, I also fall asleep much faster after I use it haha.

Oooh Rockband! I haven't played that in ages! Are there good songs on RB4? The last time I played it was on a PS2 haha.

There are quite a lot of good songs. My two favorites are The Wolf by Mumford and Sons and Short Skirt/Long Jacket by Cake (from Chuck)!

  13. My hands have been incredibly dry lately. So I might try the body conditioner. I'm in a quest in finding the best moisturizer. What are the other two Lush products on the photos?

    Thanks for sharing, Michelle!

    1. I use Ultra Repair Cream from First Aid Beauty as hands moisturizer especially during winter time. You might want to try that!

The other two Lush products are Angels on Bare skin cleanser and Rose Jam shower gel. :)
