I am not where I want to be

Are you?

  1. I think it's only natural to want more, whether it be in quality or quantity. It's only natural to dream, to aspire. I think humans are one of the few species, if not the only ones, who are constantly wanting to progress, to innovate. And so not being where we want to be right now is just motivation to work towards that. So I guess for me, there are so many places I'd like to be. Who wouldn't want to attend Princeton with one of her best friends? Who wouldn't want to be a popular lifestyle blogger? Who wouldn't want to be successful enough that she will never need to worry about money problems? And even have enough saved for her children's education? And at the same time I'm content exactly where I am and so thankful for all that I already have :) -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

  2. What more can I say? Life is a journey! Working for the tangible and intangible things that we aspire for is definitely hard work. I think I'm in my point in life where I'm in a crazy transition towards a more stable situation. Thank you for your thoughts, Audrey!
